Update on Delayed Orders



Some of you might be wondering why your orders are taking so long to get shipped. For the past several weeks, one of our main suppliers of shirts and dresses has been undergoing a very rough transition which has resulted in significant disruptions in getting certain items shipped on time. We have offered to help that vendor out in whatever way we could but ultimately we do not have the control or the up-to-date information that we need to provide the type of customer service you deserve and we expect. We know that this doesn’t make things better for those of you who urgently need your orders right away. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please call or email us and we’ll be more than happy to give you an update on your order and provide you with options. We apologize for this inconvenience and will work our hardest to get things back up to normal and even better than they were before. In fact we have already begun taking steps to introduce new product lines from new suppliers in the coming weeks. We appreciate the patience you have shown us and we look forward to helping you look and feel your best for the upcoming fun summer season!
